About Newtown Development

Newtown Developments is a young construction company, building quality medium density housing mainly within the inner city suburbs of Newtown and Alexandria.

Newtown Developments has employed the services of award winning architects, Stanisic Associates on a number of their projects. Stanisic Associates have been closely involved the in Green Square Master Plan.

The projects undertaken by Newtown Developments consist of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and terraces incorporate a modern clean line design. The designs are innovative in the way they maximise the qualities of light and space, which are essential for inner city living.

Many of the projects are partially retained by Newtown Developments and there is always the option of either leasing or buying the apartments and terraces.
